Roles and responsibilities

• Proactively assess and execute training plans for cross-functional IT projects for a variety of IT systems, tools and process
• Design and develop training curriculum independently or with vendor assistance
• Meet with customers, business partners, and SMEs to understand the training needs, training content, process and system functionality to be included in the learning curriculum
• Deliver both formal and informal on-the-job, classroom, virtual, and computer-based training
• Provide feedback to the project team on user experience
• Manage change to ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes
• Plan, organize, and implement a range of training activities
• Provide training to new hires as well as existing employees and contract staff
• Create interactive, multimedia presentations and training material
• Maintain existing training programs and update materials as needed
• Maintain appropriate records of training activities
• Design, organize, conduct and evaluate training programs
• Evaluate training effectiveness

Skills and qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in education/instructional design or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of training strategy and change management experience
• Proven curriculum development and instructional design skills for systems training
• Demonstrated classroom training, presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to interact comfortably with employees at all levels of the organization
• Ability to function independently in a multi-tasking environment, as well as part of a team
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Proficient in Articulate Storyline, Captivate, and other learning development tools
• Proficient in MS Office suite
