Responsibilities:
Contract Coordinator responsible for supporting Contract Development. This position supports the conversion from paper data to online as well as other projects
-Creation of presentation materials and documents
-Track and distribute executed contracts to third parties and internal stakeholders
-Prepare documents for imaging, scanning and quality assurance of the documents imaged
-Knowledge of commonly used procedures and methods in the maintenance of the file and documents
-Create spreadsheets and tracking tools to show progress and ensure timelines are met
-Maintain executed contracts, the contract term library, and tracking contract milestones including renewals via the MS Excel tracking tool/contract database.
-Prioritizes workload involving multiple projects/timelines
-Strong attention to detail, learns quickly, is proactive and takes initiative
-Demonstrates excellence in managing multiple projects.
 
Preferred experience:
-Familiar with biotech industry and/or health insurance a plus
-Work with minimal direction from manager to perform responsibilities
-Multi-task with multiple interruptions in a deadline-intensive environment
-Interpret business issues/opportunities and recommend solutions
-Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on time management, follow-up, and issue resolution
-Knowledge of claims processing
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint. SharePoint a plus
