Position Overview
-  Addastaff is adding a Business Development Manager to the team
-  The Business Development Manager will identify, evaluate and manage new business opportunities at both new and existing clients and will establish relationships with potential and existing clients
-  The Business Development Manager will grow existing accounts and will establish new clients
-  The key to success of this position is to focus on understanding our client’s business and their project needs – to exceed expectations
-  Compensation is a competitive base salary + uncapped commission
 
Responsibilities
-  The Business Development Manager will research the client’s industry and business to ensure the team has a thorough understanding business culture, goals and requirements
-  Next, we clearly define the success criteria for the client’s project to understand project goals
-  This information will be conveyed to recruiting staff who will then carefully match consultants’ business expertise, technical skills and delivery method skills to requirements
-  The Business Development Manager will assess team performance, monitor project status, gain project feedback and make the necessary adjustments to ensure clients reach their project goals
-  The Business Development Manager will focus on building long-term business relationships by providing unparalleled customer services and support to current clients and be responsible for adding additional clients
-  The ideal candidate will have current customer relationships in the IT staffing space and will have had and maintained significant and sales success over a long period of time
-  Writing job descriptions and clarifying client needs
-  Working closely with active and new clients in acquiring and prioritizing client IT staffing job orders
-  Presenting qualified candidates to clients, and managing the interview process
-  Closing consultant engagement deals
 
Qualifications
-  Bachelor's degree preferred
-  A minimum of 3+ years of experience selling services
-  IT staffing experience sales preferred but will consider candidates with other service related backgrounds
-  Must have a track record of successfully maintained a sales quota
-  Must have successfully managed a sales territory in the San Francisco bay area
-  Must understand fundamentals of relationships and maintaining business relationships across clients in order to generate new business
-  Should have good knowledge of information technology and other business functions in large corporations
-  Must have interest in technology and how businesses leverage technology for competitive advantage
-  Must be self-motivated and work with minimal direction from management
