The recruiting coordinator joins an accomplished technical staffing and consulting practice in their 11th year of growth.  The successful candidate is smart, hard working, optimistic and dedicated to extraordinary customer services to clients and consultants.

Responsibilities:
 
-Drive consistent use of established recruiting process to ensure a positive recruiting/ on-boarding experience for both the consultant and the client.
-Responsible for coordinating/ scheduling all phases of the interview process
-Organize travel arrangements for candidates as needed. Produce candidate expense reports.
-Collect feedback from interview team.
-Organize, collect and manage candidate on-boarding and off-boarding paperwork.
-Distribute employment-related correspondence to candidates and interview team. (e.g. application forms and interview packages)
-Generate offer letters.
-Enter and track background check results.
- Source job candidates and consultants.
-Additional project and related work as assigned.
 
Qualifications:
 
-Two + years of experience with high volume of coordination and heavy calendar management in a recruiting/ HR setting is preferred.
-Advanced skills in MS Outlook and Word. Intermediate in Excel and PowerPoint.
-Excellent time management skills and detail oriented.
-Experienced in supporting more than 3 managers or recruiters; able to re-prioritize frequently.
