Job Responsibilities
-IT Project Manager on a Pharmaceutical Serialization Program working closely with the Program Manager, Business Lead, IT Lead, and Work Stream Leads to facilitate on-time delivery of the program phases within the agreed budgets.
-Follow Corporate project management processes, IT Framework, and local procedures to provide project deliverables (project plan, project schedule, specifications, etc.) conforming to GxP compliance.
-Prepare status reports that include project progress, issues, risks, milestones, decisions, and status.
-Manages issues, risks and escalations and help resolve ambiguities.
-Facilitate the execution of sub projects within the Serialization Program.
-Present program communications to stakeholders.
-Develop and actively manage project plans. Manage resources, project schedule, reporting and budget to meet deliverables.
-Actively manage the execution of the project, including assigning tasks to project staff, managing project scope and project finances, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
-Integrate the work of large teams and multiple vendors to deliver project success.
-Oversee all phases of the project, coordinating with business sponsors, vendors, and other relevant areas of IT.
-Ensure all deliverables and commitments are met and the project is in compliance with relevant standards and methodologies.
-Proactively lead and execute project risk management and mitigation.
-Orchestrate activities across all internal and external constituents and work with leadership to escalate and manage delivery challenges.
-Expertise in project management methodologies, tools and techniques.
-In-depth knowledge of the SDLC and how to apply it to relevant projects.
-Strong experience in IT functions and services including successful integration across multiple and complex technologies and systems.
-Strong communication skills with experience working with both technology and business partners across the organization in a collaborative way.
-Experience managing technology projects in Pharma/Life Science manufacturing and qualified / validated systems required.
-Experience with Serialization projects preferred
-BS in Computer Science or related field
-PMP and/or ITIL certification preferred
